Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software\-related issues.
Perform operating system and application software installations and upgrades.
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi\-Fi connectivity, and internet services.
Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures.
