IT Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled **IT Executive** to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and networks, ensuring data security, and providing timely technical support to users.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide day\-to\-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi\-Fi, internet connectivity, and system performance
• Handle user access management, email setup, backups, and antivirus protection
• Ensure data security, system updates, and compliance with IT policies
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC services
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system downtime and technical incidents promptly
• Support basic CCTV, access control, and POS systems (if applicable)

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and backup systems
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in hospitality or corporate IT environments
• Knowledge of server management, cloud services, or ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
