\*\*Job Title:\*\* IT Executive – Consolidation Centre (Desktop Support \& Networking)

- *Job Summary:**
The IT Executive will be responsible for providing end\-to\-end IT support at the Consolidation Centre, ensuring smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, supporting warehouse applications, and coordinating with vendors for IT\-related services.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
1\. Provide onsite desktop and laptop support to all employees at the Consolidation Centre.
2\. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
3\. Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and printer\-related issues.
4\. Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi\-Fi, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
5\. Ensure uptime and availability of all IT systems and network infrastructure.
6\. Support warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, attendance devices, and barcode scanners.
7\. Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors for issue resolution and preventive maintenance.
8\. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights as per company policies.
9\. Perform regular data backup and assist in disaster recovery activities.
10\. Maintain IT asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
11\. Ensure timely installation and configuration of new IT equipment.
12\. Conduct preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure and recommend upgrades where required.
13\. Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other operational IT equipment at the site.
14\. Maintain documentation of IT incidents, service requests, and resolution timelines.
15\. Ensure compliance with information security and IT policies.
- *Required Skills:**
\* Strong knowledge of Desktop Support and Troubleshooting.
\* Hands\-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
\* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi\-Fi configuration.
\* Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
\* Familiarity with warehouse/ERP applications and attendance systems.
\* Understanding of CCTV, biometric devices, and printer management.
\* Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced warehouse environment.
- *Educational Qualification:**
\* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
\* Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA A\+ will be an added advantage.
- *Experience:**
\* 2–5 years of experience in Desktop Support and Networking.
\* Prior experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Consolidation Centre operations is preferred.
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
\* IT issue resolution within SLA.
\* Network uptime percentage.
\* Asset management accuracy.
\* User satisfaction score.
\* Timely completion of preventive maintenance activities.
\* Zero critical downtime due to IT infrastructure issues.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
