Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

\- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

\- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.

\- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi connections.

\- Resolve internet connectivity and system access issues.

\- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

\- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.

\- Coordinate with vendors for technical support.

\- Follow IT security policies and backup procedures.

\- Assist with system upgrades and network maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

\- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

\- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or networking.

\- Knowledge of Windows, basic Linux, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.

\- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

\- CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or CCNA certification is an advantage.

\- Experience with cloud systems and remote desktop support is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
