IT Hardware Engineer

• *CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Minimum 3 years of experience.

· Installation and Maintenance: Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems, including workstations, laptops, and other equipment.

· Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve system outages.

· Monitoring and Performance: Monitor system performance to ensure optimal speed and uptime, conduct performance checks, and manage system upgrades.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.

· Designs, implements, and manages computer networks (LANs, WANs, VPNs), ensuring they are secure and efficient.
