Job Title: IT Manager / Senior IT AdministratorJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and versatile IT professional to manage and support all technology\-related operations within our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, ensuring network security, supporting staff and students, and implementing technology solutions that enhance educational and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the institution's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, printers, and internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system\-related issues.
• Administer and monitor network security, firewalls, antivirus systems, and data protection measures.
• Manage email systems, cloud platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and educational software.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, smart classrooms, projectors, CCTV systems, biometric systems, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT\-related services.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology upgrades.
• Train faculty, staff, and students on the effective use of technology.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventories, licenses, and asset records.
• Ensure compliance with institutional IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5\+ years of experience in IT administration, network management, and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and system administration.
• Experience with educational technology platforms and ERP systems is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
