IT Infrastructure Engineer(pulseway)

Manage and monitor IT infrastructure using Pulseway RMM, including system health, alerts, patching, and remote troubleshooting.

Configure and maintain Sophos Firewall, VPN connectivity, security policies, and network protection.

Administer Windows Servers, monitor backups, troubleshoot failures, and support recovery operations.

Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other relevant languages to automate IT tasks.

Implement automation for system maintenance, software deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.

Troubleshoot networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.

Maintain system security, documentation, and infrastructure reliability.

Required Skills

Hands\-on experience with **Pulseway RMM and Sophos Firewall**.

Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, and backup solutions.

Experience in scripting, coding, and IT process automation.

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Synology Backup \& Replication, VMware, and PowerShell automation

Pay: ₹392,000\.00 \- ₹1,560,000\.00 per year
