• *About the Role**

We are looking for a results\-driven **IT Manager – Marketing \& Business Development** to drive business growth, manage marketing activities, generate B2B leads, acquire new clients, and build strong client relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement **marketing and business development strategies**.
• Generate **B2B leads** through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Manage **client acquisition, communication, follow\-ups, and relationship management**.
• Handle the complete **sales cycle**, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Manage the **marketing and business development team**.
• Monitor **lead generation, sales performance, and business growth**.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field**.
• **2\+ years of experience** in IT marketing, B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of **IT services, software solutions, and lead generation**.
• Excellent **communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills**.
• Experience with **LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM tools, and international clients** will be a plus.
• Strong **leadership, team management, and target\-oriented skills**.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
