IT Department – Job Description

Post \- plant IT Manager

• IT Infrastructure: Manage hardware, software, networks, servers, and IT systems.
• Cyber Security: Ensure data security, access control, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Governance \& Compliance: Ensure IT policies, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Team Management: Lead the IT team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Plant Applications: Manage and support plant\-related applications, ERP/SAP systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/BCA).
• Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or MCA is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Information Security are an added advantage.

• *Experience Required:**

5–10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Networking, IT Governance \& Compliance, Plant Applications, and Team Management.

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
