IT Manager

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled **IT Manager** to oversee our company's IT infrastructure, systems, security, and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing networks, hardware, software, user support, and IT projects while ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems.

Ensure system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT assets.

Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades when required.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services.

Implement IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards.

Support cloud platforms, email systems, and collaboration tools.

Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and inventory.

Lead and execute IT\-related projects and process improvements.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or IT Management.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Firewalls, and security.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud platforms, and backup solutions.

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and endpoint security tools.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network\-related issues.

Strong problem\-solving and team coordination skills.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper\-V).

Experience managing IT assets and vendor relationships.

IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
