• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT/Non\-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for both IT and Non\-IT positions.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Ceipal/Job Diva or similar).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with the HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Human Resources preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT and Non\-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with ATS tools like Ceipal, Job Diva, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
