• *Experience:** 1–5 Years (US Staffing preferred)
• *Shift:** US Night Shift(7:30PM\-4:30AM)

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated Non\-IT Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for US clients across **Legal, Engineering, Clinical, Healthcare, Finance \& Accounting, and Blue\-Collar** domains.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source and screen candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conduct candidate screening and submit qualified profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support offer negotiations.
• Build candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

• *Requirements:**

• US staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and screening skills.
• Ability to work US night shifts in a target\-driven environment.
