IT Operations Associate

• *Location: Nanpura, Surat \| On\-site**

• *Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years**

• *Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.**

• *Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday \| 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM**

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Operations Executive to manage daily IT operations, user administration, device management, technical support, and endpoint security.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID \& SharePoint Online.
• User account creation, permissions, licensing \& access management.
• Device management for Windows, macOS \& iOS.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network \& Outlook\-related issues.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
• Support data backup, migration, application deployment \& system recovery.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and assist with basic cybersecurity.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software and technical support.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune \& Entra ID.
• Experience in endpoint/device management and IT support.
• Knowledge of RBAC, MDM, backup \& data migration.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

• *Good to Have:**

PowerShell \| Microsoft Defender \| Exchange Online \| Apple Business Manager \| Azure/AWS \| ITIL

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
