IT Operations Engineer

 Hardware, software and network installation as per the requirements.

 Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

 Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits  Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

 Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

 Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Skill Set: Experienced on the below would be added an advantage

 IT Operations – Linux Servers \- RHCE

 IT Operations – Windows Servers\-MCSA or MCSE  IT Operations – Networking\-CCNA or CCNP

 IT Operations – Computer Hardware\-Computer Hardware Maintenance

 Telecom Operations \- Interact with Telecom Switch Team to troubleshoot call connectivity complaints, pcap tracing \& analysis \| Attend and resolve E1/SIP Media, Channel state related complaints \| Install and configure the Voice driver, ISUP/SIP Protocol configuration

Preferred Qualifications

 Graduate

 CCNA, RHCE, HARDWARE course completion certificate mandatory

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
