• *Job Title: IT Operations Executive**

• *Job Summary:**

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the office’s IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity, computer systems, desktops, laptops, and other technical equipment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network stability, and providing day\-to\-day IT support to all employees.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain and troubleshoot **internet connections**, Wi\-Fi networks, and LAN setups.
• Install, configure, and update **desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software**.
• Provide **technical support** to employees for system, network, and printer issues.
• Manage and monitor **IT assets**, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.
• Handle **system backups and antivirus updates.**
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for **repairs, replacements, and AMC** (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
• Maintain records of **IT inventory, user accounts, and licenses**.
• Set up new systems for **new employees** and ensure smooth onboarding of devices.
• Ensure **timely resolution of technical issues** to avoid downtime.
• Support for **video conferencing, CCTV, and email configuration** as needed.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in **IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network management**.
• Knowledge of **Windows OS, networking, and system configurations**.
• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Basic understanding of **server management and firewalls**.
• Familiarity with **Google Workspace / Microsoft 365**.
• Experience with **data backup solutions** and IT security protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 per month
