IT Operations Lead

MAQ Software is hiring an IT Operations Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to manage daily IT infrastructure, automated end-user support, and system maintenance at our Noida campus. This role carries complete operational ownership of desktop support, local networking, and ISP partnerships. You will lead daily team meetings, use AI-driven diagnostic tools to prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, and maintain a secure, modern Microsoft-centric IT ecosystem. A key focus is leading the adoption of AI to automate and optimize operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting skills and a keen interest in deploying automation, scripts, and AI workflows to reduce repetitive manual support tasks, driving process improvement.
