• *Job Title:** IT Operations Manager

• *Job Summary:**

Responsible for managing day\-to\-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, service delivery, incident management, and compliance with SLA requirements.

• *Location: Ghansoli/Thane**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage IT operations, including desktop support, networking, servers, and IT service desk.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Monitor SLA performance, service quality, and operational KPIs.
• Lead and manage IT support teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, software licenses, and vendor performance.
• Implement ITIL best practices, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT service delivery.
• Experience in team management, client handling, and escalation management.
• Good communication, leadership, problem\-solving, and analytical skills.

• *Experience:** 8–12 years in IT Operations / IT Infrastructure Management.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
