Description

The IT Performance Analyst, Digital Products is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of Unilode’s digital solutions. This role ensures data\-driven decision\-making, continuous improvements, and service excellence through reporting and performance insights.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Unilode’s digital solutions.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through performance analysis.
• Work with technical teams to diagnose and resolve performance\-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain health of IoT data collection network.

Requirements

• *Skills and Experience Required:**

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in IT performance analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
