Aclean Energies pvt ltd is looking for a dedicated and responsible IT Executive to manage day\-to\-day IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining systems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization.
● Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
● Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
● Install, configure, and maintain NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems.
● Manage centralized data storage, backup, and recovery processes.
● Monitor server health, storage utilization, and system performance.
● Handle user account management, email configuration, and access permissions.
● Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
● Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
● Maintain antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security systems.
● Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance activities.
● Manage CCTV, biometric, and office security systems.
● Ensure regular system updates, backups, and cybersecurity compliance.
● Prepare IT documentation, reports, and inventory records.
● Provide remote and onsite IT support when required.
● Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
● Experience with NAS Storage systems (Synology / QNAP preferred).
● Knowledge of Windows Server, backup solutions, and file sharing systems.
● Understanding of firewall, antivirus, and cybersecurity practices.
● Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
● Knowledge of MS Office 365, email systems, and remote support tools.
● Ability to manage data backup and disaster recovery processes.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
● Certifications in Networking, Hardware, Cybersecurity, or Server Administration will be an added advantage.
● Knowledge of NAS management and centralized storage systems.
● Experience with ERP software support.
● Knowledge of CCTV, biometric, and cloud backup systems preferred.
● System uptime and network stability.
● Timely issue resolution and technical support efficiency.
● Data backup and recovery reliability.
● Cybersecurity compliance and system safety.
● IT asset and infrastructure management efficiency.
