As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. - *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the **end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects**, including **Data and Analytics initiatives**, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Plan, organize, manage, coach, mentor, and motivate medium to large project teams to achieve high performance and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects spanning various IT and business domains, with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate strong **Agile project management capabilities**, with working knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
- Create, organize, maintain, and govern **project management documentation**, including but not limited to:
+ Project Plans
+ RAID logs
+ Status reports
+ Stakeholder communication plans
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate **project risks, issues, conflicts, and dependencies**, ensuring minimal impact to delivery timelines and quality.
- Actively manage **stakeholder engagement**, facilitating clear communication, expectation management, and alignment across business, technology, and leadership teams.
- Drive **conflict resolution** within project teams and among stakeholders through structured problem‑solving, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with other project managers and delivery leaders to **share best practices**, insights, and lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide **mentorship and guidance to junior team members**, supporting their professional development and strengthening overall team capability.
- Establish and maintain **project governance frameworks**, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.

- Governance Oversight: Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Training or Trade School.
Preferred Certification(s): Agile Certification; PMP.
Experience: 5\+ years of relevant and practical experience managing multiple medium to large\-scale transformation projects. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must have multiple functional knowledge for various IT/Business Functions.
