Manage project goals, priorities, scope, timelines, budget, and resources in a matrix environment
Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, and track milestones, risks, and dependencies
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and resource optimization; provide regular status reports to leadership
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; proactively manage issues and escalations
Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to meet delivery expectations
Ensure adherence to PMO guidelines, Agile/SDLC practices, and release management processes
Handle scope changes, client issues, and day\-to\-day project challenges effectively
Maintain project documentation, knowledge bases, and support invoicing and incident management
Lead project closure, post\-implementation reviews, root cause analysis, and handover
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation
*Preferred candidate profile**
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a reputed institute, with typically **2 to 5 years of relevant experience**. Postgraduates in relevant fields preferred. A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
Understanding of **Agile Scrum, SAFe, PMP, ITIL, and/or Lean\-IT** is preferred.
Strong aptitude for **project management**, including time and risk management.
Demonstrated **analytical and problem\-solving skills** with a results\-oriented mindset focused on product quality and time\-to\-market.
Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**, including negotiation, presentation, and influencing abilities.
Exposure to **SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Software Configuration Management tools**.
Ability to **coach and mentor** team members effectively.
Good understanding of interdependencies between **technology, operations, and business needs**.
Flexible mindset with readiness to work varied hours; able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
**Fintech domain knowledge**, including products such as **UPI, BBPS, IMPS**, is strongly preferred.
