IT Project Manager

• *About the Role**

NS Ventures is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Software Development to manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of software development projects across multiple products. The role involves collaborating with developers, product stakeholders, and management to ensure projects meet business requirements, timelines, and delivery objectives.

The ideal candidate should understand software development workflows, Agile methodologies, and project management practices, with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive efficient execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Project Planning \& Execution**

• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Break down business requirements into actionable tasks in coordination with the development team.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain project plans across multiple products.
• Manage scope changes and align deliverables with business objectives.

• *2\. Team Coordination \& Agile Management**

• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor task assignments, team capacity, and sprint commitments.
• Follow up on pending tasks and coordinate the resolution of development blockers.

• *3\. Delivery \& Risk Management**

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and implement mitigation plans.
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and release readiness with the development team.
• Escalate critical risks and delivery concerns to management when necessary.

• *4\. Stakeholder Communication \& Reporting**

• Provide regular updates on project progress, delivery status, risks, and outstanding issues.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and communicate changes.
• Facilitate communication with international stakeholders when required.

• *5\. Resource Planning \& Process Improvement**

• Coordinate resource allocation and workload planning across projects.
• Collaborate with HR and management on technical hiring requirements and onboarding when needed.
• Improve project tracking, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity and project delivery processes.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or technology\-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing project timelines, sprint planning, task tracking, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, web applications, and software development workflows.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• *Preferred Experience**

• Experience managing projects involving Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, software testing, and release management.
• Experience coordinating software development teams and cross\-functional projects.
• Exposure to AI\-powered applications, LLM integrations, or PropTech solutions.
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
