Project Manager – Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within approved timelines and budgets.
Biometric and onsite project management.
Coordinate with government departments, dental institutions, IT vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Prepare project plans, milestones, progress reports, presentations, and status dashboards.
Track deliverables, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with government policies, regulations, and procurement procedures.

Conduct review meetings and follow up on action points.

Support implementation of digital platforms, accreditation systems, educational reforms, or regulatory initiatives.

Manage documentation, contracts, and communication among stakeholders.

Monitor project performance using KPIs and submit periodic reports to senior management.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Health Administration, Public Health, IT, or a related field.

Usually 5–10\+ years of project management experience in software.
Experience in government projects, healthcare, education regulation, e\-governance, or public sector programs is preferred.
Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and project monitoring.
MBA, MPH, MHA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification may be preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are often desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
