• *Key Responsibilities**

 Handle end\-to\-end IT recruitment process.

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.

 Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.

 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

 Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment life\-cycle.

 Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS records.

• *Required Skills**

 Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.

 Experience working on permanent hiring/contract staffing.

 Hands\-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year

Work Location: In person
