• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 6 Months of experience to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Understand basic IT job requirements (Developers, Support, QA, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Assist in closing positions within deadlines
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

• *Required Skills:**

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (ReactJS, NodeJS, Laravel, tester)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands\-on experience with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Good coordination and follow\-up skills

• *Qualification:**

• MBA in HR (preferred)

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 per month
