IT Recruiter

• 1\+ years of experience in **IT/Technical Recruitment**.
• Very good hands\-on experience with **LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter**.
• Strong experience in sourcing and screening **IT/Technology candidates**.
• **APAC recruitment experience** is a strong plus.
• Must have **client\-facing recruitment experience**.
• **Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred** — not in\-house hiring.
• Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow\-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
