Eligibility

• Fresh Graduates (Any Discipline)
• MBA (HR), BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BE/B.Tech Freshers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Internship \& Career Growth

• 3\-month structured internship with practical training.
• Exposure to live client requirements and end\-to\-end IT recruitment.
• Performance\-based conversion to a full\-time Technical Recruiter role.
• A 1\-year Service Agreement will apply upon confirmation as a permanent employee.
