• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Assist recruiters in managing open positions and hiring activities
• Learn and support end\-to\-end recruitment processes
• Achieve daily sourcing and recruitment activity targets

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
