We are looking for an experienced **IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience** to join our team in Noida.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Hire technical professionals across technologies such as Java, DevOps, Cloud, Networking, and related domains.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary packages, manage offer rollouts, and follow up with selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and technical sourcing.
• Experience with job portals, Boolean search, and candidate screening.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
