• *Role Overview**

Mazenet Solution is looking for a passionate and result\-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes and Conduct initial candidate discussions to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Handle multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Achieve recruitment targets and support business hiring needs.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience in sourcing and end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Experience working with Naukri and other job portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks.

• Experience in IT staffing / workforce solutions.
• Knowledge of technical hiring (Java, .NET, Cloud, Testing, Data, etc.).
• Ability to work in a target\-driven recruitment environment. Education Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA (HR) preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
