Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong **approach skills and monthly closure capability for paid training programs**.
- Ability to generate leads and approach candidates for paid training programs
- Strong convincing and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Responsible for achieving monthly admission/closing targets
- Experience in handling student/candidate queries and explaining training benefits clearly
- Good communication and follow\-up skills to maintain conversion ratio
- Ability to work with marketing and HR team for lead conversion
