We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven IT Recruiter to join our Ahmedabad office. The role involves managing end\-to\-end recruitment for technical positions, ensuring timely hiring of top talent, and building a strong candidate pipeline within the local IT market.
- Manage full\-cycle recruitment for IT positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.)
- Understand technical job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
- Manage and coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and basic technical interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Close positions within defined timelines and hiring targets
- Handle salary negotiation and offer rollout
- Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience
- Stay updated on Ahmedabad IT hiring trends and salary benchmarks
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
- Understanding of technologies such as:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
- Experience hiring for IT roles associated with consultancy.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Awareness of local Ahmedabad Talent pool
Pay: ₹10,170\.56 \- ₹42,652\.87 per month
