We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2\+ years of experience in technical recruitment,

preferably with hands\-on experience hiring for the Adobe technology stack. The ideal candidate

should have good knowledge of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for technical roles.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process for IT positions.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.

• Handle hiring for Adobe technologies, including relevant Adobe Commerce/Adobe

Experience Cloud roles.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within

timelines.

• 2\+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Adobe technology stack hiring.

• Experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals.
