• *About the Role**

We’re looking for energetic and target\-driven individuals to join our **Talent Acquisition (TA)** Team as a IT Recruiter Trainee. Please find the details below:

• *Must\-have Skills :**

• Strong **client communication** with a **strategic, problem\-solving mindset** and end\-to\-end ownership
• Hands\-on **sourcing expertise** (both **organic and inorganic**) \& extremely out of the box thinker in sourcing
• Proven experience in **product / product\-tech hiring** within the **product ecosystem**
• **Consultancy background** with exposure to **product hiring** or experience in **small startups or any projects**
• **Proactive personality** with high accountability

• *Good to have (not mandatory):**

• **5K\+ LinkedIn followers**
• Strong understanding and usage of **AI tools** in sourcing and recruitment
