• *Position Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3\+ years of experience in IT recruitment to manage end\-to\-end hiring for technical roles.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions while working closely with technical teams and hiring managers.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various technical and IT positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with technical leads and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets and business requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, IT skills, and recruitment trends.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• *Job Requirements \& Qualifications**MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field.

• Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals.
• Self\-driven, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast\-paced technology environment.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000\.00 per year
