IT Recruitment & Account Manager

Job Description

KGG Services is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment \& Account Manager to manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment activities along with client coordination and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate coordination.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with clients on open positions, interview schedules and recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Conduct regular client visits and recruitment review meetings.
• Track recruitment performance and provide periodic hiring updates.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT sourcing channels and recruitment portals.
• Experience handling client coordination and account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Bangalore based candidate only .Willingness to travel for weekly client visits in Bangalore.

Preferred Candidate

A recruiter with hands\-on IT hiring experience who is also comfortable managing client relationships and recruitment delivery.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
