IT Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Use **Boolean search techniques** to identify and source relevant IT candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate databases.
• Create and optimize Boolean search strings using keywords, job titles, skills, technologies, locations, and experience levels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage candidate follow\-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and a positive candidate experience.
• 1\- 5 year of Recruitment experience..
• Must be located in Trivandrum central areas.

Required Skills

• Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of **Boolean search techniques and advanced candidate sourcing methods**.
• Ability to create effective Boolean search strings for technical and IT roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast\-paced environment.
