Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in developing enterprise\-level web applications using Python and Angular.
- Strong background in object\-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
- Expertise in Python, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Angular for building scalable applications.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of web applications.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres).
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and deliver high\-quality solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, their interactions, and boundaries within large\-scale architectures.
- Understanding of complex data models and integration patterns.
- Willingness to multi\-task and work in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).
OR
Bachelor’s degree in a non\-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing) and 1\+ year of IT\-relevant experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3\+ years of IT\-relevant experience.
- 2\+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with programming (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
- 1\+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2\+ years of IT\-relevant work experience.
- *Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Provides support for projects by completing tasks for back\-end/front\-end applications, associated integration, and required test harnesses based on design.
- Writes reliable, testable, and maintainable code under some supervision.
- Completes assigned technical tasks for system integrations and APIs under some supervision.
- Completes assigned technical tasks for the design, build, and deployment of pipelines that handle the software lifecycle under some supervision.
- Executes tasks to meet project deliverables and associated deadlines for software development process.
- Regularly discusses issues within project team to maintain open communication.
- Networks with more senior IT Software Developers and seeks out learning opportunities to increase own knowledge, skill, and overall expertise in the IT Software Development field.
- Contributes to technical conversations with technical leads/managers.
- Writes technical documentation for straightforward projects under the direction of a supervisor.
- *Level of Responsibility:**
- Works under some supervision.
- Responsible for own work. Decision\-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent. Errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day\-to\-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
- Some tasks require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can accurately document the steps necessary to perform the task.
- Some creativity may be required to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances.
