IT Support Engineer

CODEPLAYERS Business System Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled IT Support Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, resolving software\-related queries, supporting ERP implementations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries through calls, emails, remote support, and ticketing systems.
• Provide technical support for ERP software and related applications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and system\-related issues.
• Assist clients during software implementation and onboarding.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with the development and implementation teams for issue escalation.
• Conduct basic user training and demonstrations when required.
• Ensure timely resolution of assigned support tickets.
• Follow company\-defined support processes and service standards.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation and reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team\-oriented environment.
• Customer\-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

• BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Tech, BE, MCA, Diploma in Computer Science, or any relevant graduate degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP software.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools.
• Basic SQL/database knowledge.
• Understanding of customer support processes.
