IT Support Engineer (Field)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on\-site technical support to customers at corporate offices and other client locations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and basic networking issues.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot printer issues, connectivity problems, LAN, Wi\-Fi, and other network\-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
• Support customers with IT infrastructure and end\-user technical problems.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain service reports, technical documentation, and customer visit records.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex technical issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service.
• Travel to customer locations across Coimbatore as required.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
