IT Support Engineer

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *1\. IT Strategy \& Planning**

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support IT forecasts.

• *2\. Infrastructure Management**

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and end\-user systems.
• Ensure high availability of critical business applications and data backup solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as required.

• *3\. Cybersecurity \& Data Protection**

• Develop and enforce security protocols to protect company data.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local IT regulations).

• *4\. Vendor \& Asset Management**

• Manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and service\-level agreements.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.

• *5\. Team Leadership**

• Supervise, mentor, and train IT support staff.
• Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
• Provide timely technical support to all departments.

• *6\. Project Management**

• Lead IT\-related projects such as ERP implementation, cloud migration, or office relocations.
• Coordinate cross\-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• *Key Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
