IT Support Engineer / IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• **Network \& Systems Maintenance:** Manage and maintain LAN/WAN network setups, Wi\-Fi access points, routers, switches, firewall rules, and VPN connections across office and shop\-floor areas.
• **Hardware \& Infrastructure Management:** Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, industrial printers, barcode/label printers, biometric attendance machines, and CCTV camera networks.
• **ERP \& Software Technical Support:** Assist internal teams with daily operational issues related to ERP software (user access rights, system errors, data entry troubleshooting) and standard software suites (MS Office/Excel, email clients, OS updates).
• **Data Security \& Backups:** Execute routine system backups, update antivirus and firewall software, manage user credentials, and ensure compliance with company data protection guidelines.
• **Vendor \& Asset Coordination:** Coordinate with external IT hardware vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and service contractors for equipment repairs, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and infrastructure upgrades.
• **Asset Tracking \& License Compliance:** Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software licenses, IP assignments, and peripherals) and manage issue logs for internal staff requests.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
