You will provide both first-level and second-level troubleshooting assistance to end-users for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. Key tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment, alongside resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions, and continuously monitor system performance. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining a secure and efficient technology environment for all users.
