Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer – L1 to manage desktop support, basic server troubleshooting, networking, backups, and end\-user IT issues at our customer site in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• IT support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and workstations.
• Server hardware installation, operating system (OS) installation, and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory (AD/ADC) setup and policy management for users across the organization.
• Network security configuration and policy management.
• LAN/WAN management and firewall policy administration.
• VPN/P2P management and network switch configuration across multiple locations.
• Antivirus and endpoint security management.
• Data backup solutions using cloud storage, NAS, and SAN, including rule creation.
• Data and file backup and restoration.
• ERP support.
• Firewall Policy configuration and management.

Education \& Experience

• Graduation in IT, Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
