IT Support Engineer - Microsoft Intune

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, manage end\-user devices, administer user accounts, and handle Microsoft Intune operations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining endpoint security, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, laptop, desktop, printer, LAN, Wi\-Fi, and VPN issues.
• Install and configure approved software and applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID accounts.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device configuration, application deployment, and compliance policies.
• Monitor antivirus alerts, phishing indicators, and endpoint security issues.
• Perform approved updates, patch management, and device lifecycle operations.
• Maintain IT support tickets, documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical issue resolution.
• Meet service\-level response targets and prepare weekly IT support reports.
• Support assigned company applications and escalate critical incidents when required.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in workplace IT support or L2 technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Experience in laptop, desktop, printer, and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of endpoint security, device compliance, and access management.
• Good problem\-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• **Must be willing to travel to client locations as required for IT support and troubleshooting.**

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
