Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and proactive **IT Support Specialist** to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our school’s technology infrastructure.
• In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high system security.
• The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem\-solving skills, strong technical knowledge.
• **Technical Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, docks) via ticketing systems, email, phone, or in person.
• **System Deployment:** Install, configure, and update operating systems (**\[e.g., Windows 11** ), productivity suites (**\[e.g., Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace]**).
• **Network \& Security Support:** Maintain basic local office networks (Wi\-Fi, LAN), troubleshoot remote connection issues (VPN).
• Panel usage and updation.
• NAS storage \& hardware maintenance.
• required software installation \& troubleshooting SLR Camera operation.
• xerox and printer usage.
• Crimping and installing network cables and I/O parts
• Provide technical support to teachers.

Pay negotiable. Candidate should be neat, hardworking and active. Preferably married.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
