IT Support Engineer (Pharma GXP Environment)

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on\-site/ on\-call assistance to end\-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

• *IT Infrastructure Engineer (Pharma Domain)**

• Experience: Minimum 2\+ years of relevant experience working in a pharmaceutical company or regulated pharma environment.
• Pharma Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• GxP Environment: Good knowledge and hands\-on experience working in a GxP\-regulated environment.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GxP, GMP, and IT compliance requirements applicable to pharmaceutical environments.
• Infrastructure Skills: Hands\-on experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networking, end\-user support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation \& Processes: Familiarity with maintaining and following SOPs, work instructions, incident records, change records, and other compliance\-related documentation.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site teams, IT leads, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and IT infrastructure will be preferred.
• Flexible and ready for 24\*7 support including night shifts
