• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented IT Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling user issues, system maintenance, and supporting both hardware and software environments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Windows environments
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Handle user queries through ticketing tools (L1/L2 support)
• Support network\-related issues such as LAN/Wi\-Fi connectivity
• Perform system updates, patching, and basic system maintenance
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
• Provide remote support to users when required
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
• Coordinate with senior IT teams for complex technical problems

• *Required Skills**

• Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11\)
• Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi\-Fi)
• Experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting
• Knowledge of MS Office installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Active Directory (user creation, password reset, access management)
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills

• *Preferred Skills**

• Basic knowledge of Linux systems (optional)
• Knowledge of VPN setup and troubleshooting
• Understanding of IT support processes (incident management, ticket handling)

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹41,000\.00 per month
