IT Support Executive

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware and software support and be able to resolve day\-to\-day IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware.

Install and update Windows, software and drivers.

Resolve hardware, software, printer and basic network issues.

Provide technical support to office employees.

Maintain IT assets and ensure systems are working properly.

Maintain internet , WI \- FI and LAN connectivity.

Document IT issue and maintain service records.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
