• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Provide first\-level technical support to employees for hardware, software and network\-related issues.

2\. Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.

3\. Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi\-Fi, internet and connectivity issues.

4\. Create, modify, unlock and reset user accounts in Active Directory.

5\. Provide support for Outlook, Microsoft Office, printers and other business applications.

6\. Perform software installation, configuration and updates.

7\. Troubleshoot VPN, RDP and shared network folder access issues.

8\. Monitor IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

9\. Escalate unresolved technical issues to L2 or L3 teams.

10\. Maintain IT asset inventory, system records and technical documentation.

11\. Assist with antivirus updates, Windows updates and basic system security.

12\. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for hardware repairs and technical issues.

Required Technical Skills

\- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.

\- Basic Windows Server knowledge.

\- Basic Active Directory knowledge.

\- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN.

\- Hardware troubleshooting: RAM, HDD, SSD, CPU, motherboard.

\- Microsoft Office and Email support.

\- Printer and scanner troubleshooting.

\- Remote Desktop (RDP) and VPN support.

\- Basic understanding of ITIL and ticketing systems.
